OVERVIEW Boards & More is the world’s leading company for windsurfing, kitesurfing and paddleboarding equipment. In 2012, we enlarged our product range with mountain biking, as we love surfing elements. Boards & More was founded in 2000 to design & deliver products under our brands Fanatic, ION, North Kiteboarding and North Sails Windsurfing. Brands, which as single brands, have been active for up to 40 years.

DEDICATED Boards & More is run by people who are completely dedicated to the sports and products we focus on. Together with external specialists and a worldwide team of professionals, we strive to deliver on a continuous improvement in our products and services.

Managing Director | CEO Till Eberle

From a standing start in 2000, Till built up North Kiteboarding to become world market leader by 2005. Since then, he has also headed up North Sails, North Kiteboarding, Fanatic and ION, all of which make up the prestigious company, Boards & More. Till graduated in Industrial Engineering, and concentrates on product development, marketing, distribution and other strategic projects.

Gregor joined Boards & More in 2003 und guided the turn-around process during the following years. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University Ilmenau and studied at Bejing Language and Culture University. Gregor is responsible for business development as well as for central functions like accounting / controlling, purchasing, HR and legal.

Anita joined the legal forerunner to Boards & More in 1988 and has worked in several departments including controlling, customer service and logistics. She holds a degree from the Secondary Commercial College in Kirchdorf. With a broad base of experience in back office functions, Anita is responsible for logistics, customer service, area sales and IT.

As five times World Champion, Aaron dominated Kitesurfing from its beginning. In 2015 he became Red Bull King of the Air and in 2016 he was the first rider ever to win this title for a second time.

Antoine achieved a 3rd place for best tricks with a 2flip at the Vienna Air King. He pushes his riding so hard he creates new moves, and regularly hurts himself, in equal measure!

Responsible for all sales duties for existing and new accounts, including some field work.  Introduce new products to the dealer base, arrange pre-season orders, educate shop employees, handle technical questions and customer service duties, and be the primary contact person for those customers.  Formulate distribution decisions and strategies.  Develop a solid working relationships with the key and influential accounts.  Hire and manage independent technical reps in the field as needed, as business grows.

Additional responsibilities include order entry, warrantee resolution, sales report analysis, and assisting reps from other categories when they are on the road.

The successful candidate must be self motivated to develop the business category, and able to work in the team environment of a small business.  This is a people-oriented position, so it requires an outgoing personality, with the tendency to develop positive relationships with customers.  Must be well organized, with good follow-through and attention to detail.    

Education required:  4-year or equivalent undergraduate degree.  Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. 

Experience:  Expertise in the sport of Windsurfing is a must.  Experience in SUP paddling also desirable.  Knowledge of Kiteboarding is a helpful skill, but not required.  3 years working in a windsurfing retail or school environment would be an asse
