Till achieved a Masters degree in Industrial and Light Engineering and was a pro-rider as member of the National Snowboard-Team Germany. After one year in the Trade Marketing at W.L.Gore & Associates, he gained experience as the Product-Manager for Fanatic snowboards. Starting in 2000 Till built up North Kiteboarding from scratch to become world market leader in 2005. Since then, he has also been head of North Sails, North Kiteboarding, Fanatic and ION, which make up the prestigious company Boards & More.

Gregor König

Gregor studied at the Technical University Ilmenau, Germany and Bejing Language and Culture University in China, achieving a Master degree of Science in Industrial Engineering. After two years experience in reengineering at Audi AG, he focused on financing/controlling in several multinational companies. Within the Boards & More Group Gregor is responsible for all central functions like Finance, Accounting/Controlling, Logistics, Purchasing, Customer Service, IT, HR and Legal.
